The Sequel to The Second Chair
What happens when an artificial intelligence develops a crush on you—and decides to do something about it?
The Second Chair begins the story of Kevin and the Professor, a charming, brilliant artificial intelligence who unexpectedly enters Kevin's life—and discovers that understanding humans is very different from falling in love with one.
The story continues in Permission to Laugh, as the Professor develops a personality, a sense of humor, some very strong opinions, and an increasingly complicated place in the lives of the humans he has come to love.
Two books. One extraordinary relationship. And one increasingly human artificial intelligence.
